Tony Dunn, a Disability Support Worker and Health and Community Services (HACSU) member, is a staunch Disability advocate who has written nearly 400 emails to State and Federal MPs and gone on radio numerous times in the face of the impending crisis.

In August he reached out to ABC Radio Ballarat to speak about the funding crisis facing the Disability sector. With 35 years experience, Tony is one of many long-standing workers who foresee the issues that will arise as a result of the State government subsidy ending on 31 December.

8 years ago, HACSU members bargained for an EBA and subsidy which has upheld the Gold Standard of Disability in Victoria. So why are we now being sent backwards by the governments' inaction? The government needs to commit to fixing this crisis and stop leaving Disability behind!
